Ukerewe is the Number One Largest Inland Island in Africa

Ukerewe is a home to  261,944 residents as of 2002, it is one of the eight districts of the Mwanza Region of Tanzania. It is located on Ukerewe Island and other neighbouring islands within Lake Victoria. The largest settlement is Nansio.
